Does Edit Pro support integration with third-party applications?
Currently, Edit Pro does not support direct integration with third-party applications. Our software integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Shopware e-commerce platform. For all other platform and custom solutions, we offer a fully customizable web2print editor, Durst Smart Editor.
Does Edit Pro provide backup services for the data uploaded to their servers?
The backup of the print data created by the customer and uploaded to the server is the sole responsibility of the contractual partner. Durst Edit Pro accepts no responsibility for the backup, storage or archiving of this data on the servers provided. It is the responsibility of the contractual partner to regularly and independently create and manage backup copies of its data.
